MISSION
The Belle-Phoenix Group is committed to cultivating knowledge and implementation of solutions to problems that prevent the progress in communities at risk - communities which fall within low-income economic status - in Hampton Roads.
We accomplish this through corporate-sponsored and grant-funded community events, as well as structured behavior- and evidence-based programs and activities that will educate the citizens, rehabilitate these at-risk communities, and preserve the ecology of the Coastal Waterways and Hampton Roads.
Current programs available for funding have been listed below. Each of these programs is comprised of a structured series of interactive behavior-based activites that cultivates the knowledge base for those who participate.

The Global Youth Initiative
A series of structured programs comprised of guided interactive activities designed to cultivate productive social behavior in youth through the implementation of solutions to food scarcity, community rehabilitation, and environmental preservation.
Imagine Me
A series of seminars designed to help teens and young adults cultivate positive self images and cultivate the thought-provoking life decisions.
Early Learning Centers
A comunity based initiative to prepare two, three, and four year olds develop early literacy and math skils.
Afterschool STEM & Core Skills Reinforcement
21st Century Community Learning Center partnership with Seatack Elementary to improve reading, science,and math skills of students to meet and exceed federal standards.
Aquatic Crisis Intervention
An initiative for children to cultivate breathing and life-saving techniques in an aquatic environment.

A comunity based initiative to cultivate positive well-being iand enhance the self-image of chemotherapy patients.
The Belle-Phoenix Group is a Virginia Non-Stock Corporation licensed as a 501 (c)(3) under IRS Code 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi).
